Recently, the Plymouth Finance team spent the afternoon volunteering at Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) – a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating, hand-packing, and delivering nutritious meals to malnourished children around the world. Volunteers pack all the meals, and their donations help pay for them. Furthermore, FMSC partners are embedded in communities to provide sustainable development – a vital component in the process of transitioning individuals, families, and communities out of chronic hunger and poverty, and into self-sufficiency. Our team contributed to packing 100 boxes including 21,600 meals, providing 59 kids a daily meal for 1 year!
