Welcome to Pride Month, the annual month-long opportunity to uplift LGBTQIA+ voices around the world. Pride Month was initially inspired by the 1969 Stonewall Uprising to help achieve equal justice and opportunity for LGBTQIA+ people. Since 1999, Pride Month has been observed to recognize the impact that these individuals have had on society locally, nationally, and internationally, and to support enhanced equity and inclusion.
Over the coming weeks, we will offer content and resources to complement the remarkable efforts of our Proud & Professional employee network.
